Advance Deposits
1 night rate plus tax is required.
Deposits are due within 10 days of date reservation is made.
Personal checks accepted if recieved 30 days prior to check-in.
Deposits recieved less than 30 days prior to check in must be made with
money order, cashiers check, or credit card.
Guests are expected to stay entire length of reservation.

Refund of Deposits
All cancellations are subject to a $10 service fee.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in in order to recieve refund.

Balance of Payment
Total balance is due upon arrival.
Cash, travelers checks, or credit card accepted.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

All check-ins require a major credit card and drivers license.

Due to a limited size parking lot, we are unable to provide trailer parking or multiple vehicle parking.
